Önemli Bilgiler

1. Hastalık sebebi ile sınava girilememesi durumunda, hastalığın (üç) günlük bir raporla belgelenmesi ve rapor bitimi itibari ile en geç 3 (üç) gün içinde Bölüm Başkanlığı’na raporun şahsen teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. 
2. Rapor tarih aralığında sınava girdiği tespit edilen öğrencilerin sınavları iptal edilecek ve mazeret sınavına giremeyeceklerdir.
3. Yarıyıl içinde birden çok ara sınav yapılması durumunda öğrenci sadece bunlardan biri için mazeret sınavı talebinde bulunabilir.
4. Finallerin mazereti bütünleme sınavlarıdır.
5. Mazeret sınavları, derslerin son haftası içinde yapılır. Mazeret sınavlarında öğrenci, dersin tüm içeriğinden sorumludur.
6. Diğer hususlar için "DD-007-Yarıyıl İçi Sınavları İçin Mazeretlerin Kabulü ve Mazeret Sınavlarının Yapılış Esasları" nı inceleyebilirsiniz.

Yarıyıl içi sınavlarında çakışan dersi bulunan öğrencilerin (FR-0606-Çakışan Dersler İçin Mazeret Sınav Talep Formu) formunu, 

Mazereti nedeniyle sınava katılamayan öğrencilerin (FR-0607-Mazeret Sınav Talep Formu) formunu doldurup Bölüm Öğrenci İşleri'ne şahsen teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.

Important informations

1. In case of not being able to take the exam due to illness, the illness must be documented with a (three) day report and the report must be personally submitted to the Department Head within 3 (three) days after the report is completed.
2. The exams of students who are found to have taken the exam within the report date range will be canceled and they will not be able to take the make-up exam.
3. If more than one midterm exam is held during the semester, the student can request a make-up exam for only one of them.
4. The excuse for finals is make-up exams.
5. Make-up exams are held in the last week of classes. In make-up exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.

Students who have conflicting courses in the 2023-2024 Spring Semester mid-term exams should fill out the form (FR-0606-Excuse Exam Request Form for Conflicting Courses) and students who cannot attend the exam due to their excuses should fill out the form (FR-0607-Excuse Exam Request Form) and submit it personally to the Department Registrar's Office.
