The purpose of Cooperative Education (COOP) is for undergraduate students; to gain practice skills based on the information they have received during their education, to closely introduce the work areas of the relevant program, to increase business experience by making practices that reinforce the knowledge and skills gained during the education period, to gain problem-solving skills, to make a harmonious teamwork with the business personnel and to establish good communication habits, to introduce technological developments in the sector, to provide an opportunity to prepare for working life and to help minimize the adaptation period.

COOP APPLICATIONS
Applications of students who want to do Cooperative Education (COOP) internship in the 2022-2023 Spring semester will be received by online form and document submission until 27.01.2023 at 23:59.
Application Conditions:
1. Passing the BYM4382 Immunology course with a successful grade
2. WGPA value of 3.2 and above
3. To be studying in at least 7th semester
Application and Placement Processes:
- 1.Students who want to apply must fill in the required information via the online form by January 27, 2023.

- 2. Students who fill out the online form also fill out the forms below and must be hand-delivered to Res. Assist. Hilal Çalık or Res. Assist. Beyza Karacaoğlu with a wet-ink signature. Applications of those who do not submit their documents will not be accepted.

- 3. Applications of students who fill out the online form and submit the required documents by hand will be evaluated by the Bioengineering Department COOP Commission and announced on the website on February 6, 2023.
- 4. Students with a business match should immediately contact the relevant business manager and request an appointment for an interview.
Forms to be filled in when you become a COOP Student:
-FR-1727-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Öğrenci Beyan ve Taahhütnamesi
- 5. After the interviews they will hold between 09.02.2013 and 13.02.2023, our students are required to have the "FR-1763-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Uygulamalı Eğitim Kabul Formu (İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Yönergesinde EK-2 olarak anılmakta)" and "FR-1727-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Öğrenci Beyan ve Taahhütnamesi" forms approved. This process is of great importance so that they can start the KOOP Training and complete the SGK procedures. Interviews can be online or face-to-face, depending on the businesses.
- 6. After the FR-1763-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Uygulamalı Eğitim Kabul Formu (İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Yönergesinde EK-2 olarak anılmakta) and "FR-1727-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Öğrenci Beyan ve Taahhütnamesi" are approved by the enterprise, the copy is sent to the Bioengineering Department (Res. Assist. Hilal Çalık or Res. Assist. Beyza Karacaoğlu) and the original must be submitted to the Faculty Internship Office. The deadline for form submissions is 13.02.2023.
- 7. The SGK procedures will be carried out by the Faculty between 13.02.2023 and 23.02.2023.
- 8. The KOOP Training process of the students will be held between 27.02.2023-03.06.2023.
Documents to be used during COOP Training:
- 9. Within the scope of Cooperative Education (COOP), the presentation of the work done in the business and the entry of grades will be made between 05.06.2023 and 09.06.2023.
