You can obtain your Student Certificate and Transcript (Grade Sheet) online via e-Government.

Students who wish to obtain a Student Certificate and Transcript with a wet signature can follow the steps below to request the documents and pick them up from the Student Affairs unit of our Department. (Documents are not sent via email.)

After logging in to OBS, you can request the documents by following the steps: User Operations > Document Request.

You must select "Department" as the Document Delivery Location.

You can track your application status, and if it is "Approved," you must pick up your document from the Department Student Affairs unit within 3 business days at the latest.

*To request a document showing that you have not received any disciplinary penalties, you must request a student certificate.

The student certificate will state, "The aforementioned individual has not received any disciplinary penalties during their studies."
