YES. To ensure that the document submission process for our students’ internship-related procedures—whether at the start or afterward—proceeds smoothly, it is important for students to contact the faculty members listed (Laboratory and Production) via email before beginning their procedures. Students whose names do not appear on the lists but who will be completing an internship must also consult with the internship committee members.

What should I do after I find a place to do my internship?

You should email the responsible faculty member to inquire about the suitability of the internship.

What documents do I need to prepare before starting my internship?

• Submit an application to the faculty advisor in charge, along with 3 photos, the internship logbook, and a photocopy of your ID.

Which documents must be submitted after the internship is completed?

No later than 1 month after the internship ends, submit the following in a large envelope to the department’s internship committee:
